Hello Friends–you’ve been asking and we can finally announce our Spring 2025 classes. We’ve missed you–and can’t wait to be back in the classroom with all of you motivated and badass humans.

Monday Evenings

We are back at Pia Bouman School for Ballet and Creative Movement on Mondays from 7-9 pm bi-weekly (every other week).

We will announce exact weapon systems closer to each class date, allowing for guest instructors (we know, very exciting) and popular demand! Our first class of 2025 is Unarmed and will take place March 10, 7-9 pm.

You can purchase classes individually, for $35 per class, or buy a semester pass for 6 classes, saving $5 per class.

How does a semester pass work?

If you buy a semester pass, you MUST email us to confirm which six classes you want to attend. You must tell us a minimum 24-hours before the class, and classes fill up on a first-come, first-reserved basis. The sooner you tell us, the less likely we will fill a class and you would have to miss it.
